Mr. Hely, an associate with Lochrie & Chakas, practices land use, zoning and government relations.  He assists in representing developers and property owners in securing site plan approvals for both small and large scale projects as well as variances, special exceptions and master plans.  Mr. Hely’s legal and legislative background includes experience with the United States Senate, Broward County Circuit Court and the Tallahassee lobbying industry.
